Tivoli Booking Options
- The best method to make a booking is to use the ONLINE BOOKING System accessible from this website.
- The alternate method is to contact the Booking Officer by email on bookings@tivolskiclub.org.au or phone the Booking Officer on 03 9568 1929
Payment
- We accept: Cheque, Postal Order, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard & Internet Banking Transfer.
- Credit Card transactions incur a 3% surcharge.
- Online transactions incur a 0% surcharge.

Booking Periods
- Bookings open 1st March for Members only
- Members Priority booking period 1st March to 31st March
- Non Member bookings for winter may be made as of the 1st of April, summer bookings at any time throughout the year. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
- Temporary bookings may be made on line or by phone. Such bookings must be confirmed either verbally or in writing within 7 days, together with deposit of 50% of total booking. Temporary bookings not paid for within this period will be erased.
- Balance of payment: Balance of payment must be received by the booking officer no later than 30 days prior to lodging. If payment is not received within that time the booking may be forfeit without notice.
- Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Cancellations
Tivoli Ski Club Inc. takes no responsibility for any occurrence which prevents anyone from taking up the accommodation booked. In order to receive a refund, notice of all cancellations must be made in writing to the Booking Officer. Refunds are issued strictly as follows:
- More than 30 days notice - Full refund minus an administration fee;
- Less than 30 days notice, and the booking cannot subsequently be filled - All monies will be refunded less the deposit;
- Less than 30 days notice, and the booking is subsequently filled - All monies will be refunded minus the administration fee
- Any guest not intending to use booked accommodation is requested to advise the Booking Officer (even if a refund is not required).
Ski Guarantee
During the official Ski season, where a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival because there are less than three lifts operating for the prime purpose of skiing, all monies will be refunded minus an administration fee. This offer does not apply for the Queens Birthday Weekend.
ALL PERSONS ENTER THE LODGE AT THEIR OWN RISK, AND TIVOLI SKI CLUB INC. ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OR THEFT OF PROPERTY.
