Tivoli Booking Options

  1. The best method to make a booking is to use the ONLINE BOOKING System accessible from this website.
  2. The alternate method is to contact the Booking Officer by email on bookings@tivoliskiclub.org.au or phone the Booking Officer on 0418472005

Payment

  • We accept: Cheque, Postal Order, Internet Banking Transfer & over the counter payments at any branch of the ANZ Bank.
  • Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal through the online booking system. There is no surcharge for PayPal transactions.
  • Internet Banking Transfer: Account name: Tivoli Ski Club BSB: 013 284 Account Number: 302246508
  • Be sure to include the Booking ID you are issued with in the transaction description details.
  • Make Cheques payable to: Tivoli Ski Club Inc
  • Important: When paying by cheque write the booking ID you are issued with, on the back of the cheque for identification.

  • Bookings open 1st March for Members only
  • Members Priority booking period 1st March to 14th March
  • Members may book for guests from 15th March onwards
  • Temporary bookings may be made on line or by phone. Such bookings must be confirmed either verbally or in writing within 7 days, together with deposit of 50% of total booking. Temporary bookings not paid for within this period will be cancelled.
  • Balance of payment: Balance of payment must be received by the booking officer no later than 30 days prior to lodging. If payment is not received within that time the booking may be forfeit without notice
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellations

Tivoli Ski Club Inc. takes no responsibility for any occurrence which prevents anyone from taking up the accommodation booked. In order to receive a refund, notice of all cancellations must be made in writing to the Booking Officer. Refunds are issued strictly as follows:

  • More than 30 days notice - Full refund minus an administration fee;
  • Less than 30 days notice - All monies will be refunded less the deposit
  • If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of lodging, no refunds will be provided.
  • If the booking is non-attended, either in full or in part (i.e. during the period of lodging), no refunds will be provided.
  • Any guest not intending to use booked accommodation is requested to advise the Booking Officer.

ALL PERSONS ENTER THE LODGE AT THEIR OWN RISK, AND TIVOLI SKI CLUB INC. ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OR THEFT OF PROPERTY.
